This exceptional Art book was not offered for sale to the public when it was released.
The publisher gave them to the authors, publishers, journalists and their relatives when it came out.
And this in order to promote the collection "Chronology of a Work of Albert Uderzo" planned in 7 or 8 volumes.
This is the first volume.
It was the subject of a print run of 100 copies only signed by Albert Uderzo on the separate print in creative paper which accompanies it.
Slipped into a sheath, it is entirely red canvas, hot-engraved on the cover for the title.
This retrospective covers the beginning of the author's career in 424 pages, including 320 comic strips not found and unpublished in albums. A work which shows us, if need be, that the author is a drawing genius.
